After Dream messed up and ended up breaking Nightmare and losing (Y/N) for good, Agent S'Major took her to the foundation to make his main objective making her her own person, not a puppet or a robot anymore. But, every location for a foundation mission needs a foundation member to be in charge even if the location doesn't know it, so when Dream the foundation member in charge of the Dream SMP location ends up going to prision without hopes of even the foundation being able to break him out without compromising the mission, there's a location without a member in charge. So it's no shocker when Nightmare is asked to remain in her old home to help since her "brother" and former puppet master is out of the action for the unseeable future. Will her progress she made with Scott falter? What will happen when the egg she formally had such issues with gets out of hand? What will happen when her "brother" hears of her return to power?
