(This is my take on how Robin became Nightwing) Dick Grayson is a loveable dork, but also a mischief brat. There really is no inbetween for our young bird. But what happens when he gets stabbed by Deathstroke and nearly dies? What will his team think? And how does Dick almost dying, get Deathstroke interested in a new protégé? Is it his new fighting style? Or the fact that no one lives after having an encounter with Slade? Will Dick be able to recover his mind after all this ordeal? Read and enjoy!!

When Dick Grayson was 13, he joined the Young Justice Team. After they betrayed him, he turned his back on the heroes. Three years later, he was recruited by the League of Assassins to protect the young heir to Ra's Al Ghul and Batman, Damian Wayne. What happens when Dick becomes the greatest assassin in the league? Or when Slade destroys Ra's, and Dick has to care for his young brother by himself?

Deathstroke didn't have to. He really didn't have to. Finding a small black haired and blue eyed boy on the grimy streets of Gotham was never part of the plan. Taking him wasn't either. Raising him was out of the question. But here he was, Deathstroke the Terminator, raising a wisecracking apprentice who could simultaneously make the mercenary proud and get on his every nerve. Deathstroke trained the boy, trained him well. But something made him hesitate, something like fear. Deathstroke would never admit it, never out loud anyway, but in all his years of killing and living up to his name... he didn't want to lose that boy. Overprotective was never in Deathstrokes vocabulary, but this boy was different, he could work wonders. Set two years into the five year gap, Robin had become team leader. After threats from Slade and the Court of Owls wanting Robin to join them the team are sent to protect Dick Grayson, unknowing that it is their team leader. When they meet the other half of him and his brothers, how will they react and will they manage to keep him safe without him leading them? (I only own the plotline.)

Robin is 14 when he is kidnapped by the League of Shadows, Deathstroke, and The Court of Owls. After two years of intensive training and torture, he escapes. Robin now knowing their plans decides not to return home in fear of endangering his friends if he were to be captured again. He spends the next three years forging the Circuit, the most covert and elite association of heroes on the planet. The Circuit is known as a fairytale, but what happens when the world is in need of this story to become a reality.

A Batman/Young Justice fanfiction. After an unfortunate run-in with an organization called Cadmus, someone is out to kidnap Robin and will seemingly stop at nothing to get him. Their reason? Unknown. Having escaped the Court of Owls, Talon, runs to Bludhaven. To keep his past hidden and atone for his sins, he becomes Nightwing.
