Izuku Midoriya nimmt Tabletten gegen eine etwas andere Krankheit, die ihm nicht nur Blüten husten, sondern auch auf den ganzen Körper jegliche Art von Blume wachsen lässt. Dadurch, dass er immer wieder hustet, spuckt er immer etwas Blut und eine kleine Blüte aus und durch die Maske die er trägt fällt es nicht so auf, allerdings redet er nicht viel weil alle ihn für einen Idioten halten der gegen die Luft krank ist. Aber Izuku ist nicht wegen der Luft krank sondern, weil seine große Liebe seine nicht erwidert. Oder besser gesagt traut sich Izuku es ihm nicht zu sagen.
