Sixty plus years of depression with many reasons to wish I were dead. Yet that is not my choice any more.

For the #bravetogether write-a-thon I think we all put on a mask sometimes while we're in public. We always say we're fine but are we really? We all have a breaking point to everything but some deal with other things behind the closed doors. We smile on the outside while ignoring the voices telling us how everyone can see how fake we are and pathetic pretending to hide our scars. But please remember that you're worth it and you're not alone. You're NOT weak to just ask for help because someone will be on the other side with a helping hand.
