Alayah is a dragon shifter, the only one in existence she has had a hard life with love, loss, and fear. After being injured she is forced to stay a dragon until she heals and along the way she meets hiccup and the gang. Until a unknown threat appears and they will be tested about how much they actually know about the strange dragon that acts like a human. Will Alayah's past come to bite her in the tail? Or will she abandon berk when she has the chance? (I will continue to update when I want for enjoyment and when I have ideas for this story)

I was a disappoint in everyone's eyes since the day I could crawl. Bullied, neglect, abused by everyone. They only started to change their opinions about me when I succeeded Dragon Training. I can't stand this anymore. There's nothing for me here. There has to be something more to my life than constantly being scorned, looked down upon and feeling like I'm worthless. And the killing of the Monstrous Nightmare only fuelled his decision to run away from his 'home'. So he does. But we all know that the past is a boomerang. So what will happen when he face to face with that past and other hardships the world will throw at him. Cause he sure as hell can't run away from all of them. *Being rewritten*

It's been 10 years since the heir to Berk suddenly disappeared and the dragon raids have stopped completely. But one day, a ship is spotted near Berk's shore. A huge ship, unlike anyone, has ever seen. Just what is this ship and who is this strange captain and his equally strange crew? And more importantly, do they come in peace or war?

It's the story of a young Viking. Actually, he isn't that young anymore. He's 23 years old now. His name is Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III. 8 years ago, he had to run away from his beloved home Berk because he became best friends with a creature that no Viking should ever become friends with: a dragon. Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III left Berk and never returned, but one day Hiccup sees a ship, a Berk Ship. He then realizes that they either must have never stopped looking for him or they're looking for the dragon island. He hasn't seen any of them in 16 years. His cousin, friend, father, HER, but he's worried that something bad is up with the Hairy Hooligans tribe. This story takes place 6 months after How to Train Your Dragon 2. While flying with toothless Hiccup discovers a new type of dragon hovering over the outskirts Berk. While flying towards it and trying to comfort it he realizes they can ignore toothless commands and flies off somewhere towards the island. In a panic he rushes towards Berk together a search party team to find the dragon, but it stopped by Gobber. Meanwhile a mysterious boy comes to the island seeking for help. Who is this boy? And why does he have such a strong connection with the dragons? Note: the title cover will possibly be changed in the near future.
