"AVA NO!" his effort was short lived though, because the second I took a step towards him Niall's eyes locked with mine. I watched in terror as his eyes turned a deep red, his canine teeth growing out longer than normal. I didn't even have time to register everything that was happening, to try to make sense of it all, before he lunged at me, teeth bared. The second his body collided with mine the world went black.
