They didn't exactly deserve parent-of-the-year awards. Nonetheless, they gave me training and a future, so I'm grateful. I've been living on my own ever since, taking jobs and living in Zaban City. Our name has already been forgotten in the short span of time my parents have been gone. When I first moved to Zaban City, I decided to resurrect our name, under an alias of course, and from the day I exacted my revenge, became the feared assassin Shattered Rose. It's been years. I've built up wealth and skill in that time, gathered information on almost everybody worth having information on. While I was searching for more information, listening to the busy market chatter in Zaban City, I'd heard about the Hunter Exam and decided to test my skills.
