Eren is now 18, he's going to move out of his parents' house and leave the city life for a small town life. He gets a job and everything is great. Well, not everything. Every day and every night, Eren has visions and dreams about a life he doesn't know about. One day he decided to go to the nearby coffee shop, where he sees someone that he thinks he knows. Levi works at a cafe, everyday a customer/acquaintence, Petra, visits every morning to talk to him. Then a certain green-eyed boy catches his attention, reminding him of his nightmares and flashbacks of a past life he doesn't know about. This is a roleplay I did with a friend, KrisWhispers (Tumblr), so it's not exactly a story, but it's good enough, I guess. KrisWhispers and I do not own the Attack on Titan charcters used in this story, we just roleplay as them.

After being fired from his job, Levi is in desperate need of money, and is willing to step out of his comfort zone in order to get it. In fact that is the only reason why he accepted to be interviewed by his best friend's older brother at a diner. He doesn't expect much from it. That is until he sees Eren Jaeger, who's gorgeous in every way imaginable, and is about to change his life completely when he convinces Levi to take the job.

Eren Jaeger is a trauma physician in Shiganshina General Hospital. During his normal night shift on a Saturday night, a close friend of his is rushed into the emergency room after a head on collision. In order to try and save him, Eren conceals his relationship to the patient and begins his race against the clock. But in this instance, time is the victor. After pronouncing his friend dead that night, Eren slips into the abyss that has become his mind. In a desperate attempt to seek help, he stumbles upon Levi Ackerman, a renowned psychiatrist over in the town of Trost. The relationship begins to kindle and soon, it's escalated from the regular patient-doctor status. What happens when the monsters inside Eren's head reveal their true and final form?
