They were "us" long before they ever said it out loud. But marriage, parenthood, and the spotlight demand something steadier: not just love, but a life built to hold up under pressure. Spencer enters his rookie season with the New York Giants under a new kind of scrutiny, where every route, mistake, and breakout moment can become a headline. New York demands everything from him, while Los Angeles still holds pieces of his heart. As he pours himself into the game, he learns the future he imagined with Olivia was never the finish line. It was the beginning. Olivia is rising too, evolving from a truth-seeking journalist into a cultural voice whose podcast carries real weight. Her world is expanding from LA newsrooms to New York studios, but so is her understanding of softness: motherhood, partnership, and letting herself be held instead of always holding everyone else. They're young. They're married. They're parents. And now they're being pulled between two coasts, two careers, and two versions of home. This next chapter brings pressure from every direction: the grind of the league, the demands of the media, old wounds, family expectations, and the challenge of building a life while everyone keeps reaching for a piece of them. But the spark that found them in a tunnel outside South Crenshaw still lives in them. This isn't the story of becoming "us." It's what comes after-the real, everyday work of becoming "we." *** Disclaimer: This is a work of fan fiction based on the television series All American. Mia Cherie X Aaron Valentino I gasp into his mouth, my hands fisting in his soaked shirt, pulling him closer, needing him closer and needing to feel every inch of him against me. His tongue sweeps into my mouth, and I moan, my knees going weak. But he doesn't let me fall. His arms wrap around my waist, holding me up, grounding me, anchoring me to him. The rain pours down around us, but all I feel is heat, his body pressed against mine and his hands in my hair, on my back, everywhere. When he finally pulls back, we're both panting, our foreheads pressed together. "You're mine" he murmurs, his voice rough and possessive. "Say it." "I'm yours" I whisper. "Say it again." "I'm yours, Aaron." Tropes: Badboy x Goodgirl Rich mmc x scholarship student fmc Kill anyone who touches her (literally) 👀 HEA

I have a collection of thoughts about the overall development and writing of Spelivia's relationship on the series All American (CW and Netflix) that I want to express in a more organized format. Spencer and Olivia had a promising and delicious slow burn from their very first interaction. The audience who rooted for them through every trial and tribulation (there were many) on and off for 7 years had to sit through tons of ~interesting writing choices when it came to the Spelivia relationship. The show, though now on its 8th season with these two characters exiting the series in season 6, still left a lot to be desired for its audience. I want to explore more of my thoughts through this series and give a voice to some of my deeper thoughts and potentially a few unpopular or controversial opinions that are harder to voice on other social media platforms. These are just my personal opinions and reflections for a ship that I am so deeply passionate about and have dedicated an extraordinary amount of brain space for the last 4ish years of my life. I think this would be a healthy way to release it and speak freely. Feel free to leave your thoughts and join me in an honest discussion about this iconic fictional new age teen ship and the writing behind it.

They weren't a tragedy of missed timing; they were a masterpiece in the making. What starts as a spark in a crowded high school stadium becomes the echo that follows Spencer James and Olivia Baker through every season of their lives. From the adrenaline of Friday night lights to the quiet gravity of adulthood, they spend years perfecting the art of being everything to each other-except what they need to be. He is built for the spotlight, carrying the weight of a world that demands he never break. She is a canvas of curiosity and color, flowing like water-touching everything, but held by nothing. Yet, in the noise of their changing worlds, she is the dreamer who reminds him there is life beyond the field, and he is the anchor who gives her a home to return to. After years of "almosts," the clock is finally running out on the distance. They realize they were never meant to be each other's firsts; they were learning how to be whole on their own so they can stop being you and me. Until, at last, it was finally us. ************************************************************************************************* Disclaimer: This is a work of fan fiction based on the television series All American.
