All was well in the Namikaze household. But like all good things it must come to a halt. The Kage gathering was approaching, this time it will be held in Konoha. Naruto has no qualms seeing his former village again, neither did Shikamaru. The kids were excited to see where their parents grew up but also coming prepared to cause mayhem. All was well on their end. How would the others react seeing them after that night?

Naruto has a chakra defect, he can only access it by channeling it through objects which leads him to be a Kenjutsu master and a Seal master. He had a high IQ and decided to put himself in the TI department at the tender age of 6 thanks to his Jiji. Now he spends his time decoding messages and creating new tactics for communication between shinobi. Shikamaru through Tsunade the Godaime met Naruto after a mission provided coded information to be decoded. What happens when these two meet?
