[EDITED DESCRIPTION] Danny was taken by the GIW a year after he got his powers and was held captive, and experimented on for 2 years before he managed to escape and fled to Gotham. Now he has been free for a few weeks and has been living on the streets while hiding from the GIW and a certain teenage team that has been sent to find the "weapon" that the GIW lost. How will this pan out, will Danny become a friend or will he always be seen as a threat to society? Sorry its my first story so its gonna suck and probably not make a lot of sense since I have no clue where I am going with this. Sorry if this story sucks and feedback is welcomed, swearing is not. Now Bruce has to deal with a young terrified mislabeled metahuman who is a lot stronger than he looks and has an uncanny ability to know exactly what anyone is feeling. The GIW, on the other hand, can't let their lab rat heal and save the Ghost Zone they've been working so hard to take over. Things just got a little more spooky in Wayne Manor. Danny's vacation is ruined once his sister, Jazz, tells him their going on a family bonding trip to Gravity Falls. Danny is really mad and in Gravity Falls, he receives texts from Sam and Tucker talking about how cool Scotland is. Danny is crushed until he is invited to hang out with Wendy and her friends. However, this vacation is going as planned when he meets Dipper Pines, how has his suspensions about Danny. The second he saw Danny, Dipper knew he was a ghost. And he was going to prove it. Dipper becomes crushed when Wendy invites Danny to hang out with them after her shift. But that also has its perks. Now that Dipper is closer to Danny, he can prove that Danny is a ghost, even if he is miserable or not. Of course, Dipper can't find the perfect time to confront Danny.

Young Danny Fenton was just an ordinary boy in Amity park but he was unique. He had powers no one else has. One day, he went to New York for some time alone. He meets Percy Jackson and everything went downhill from there. Follow Danny as he goes on a journey with his new found friend to save the world. //This is after The Last Olympian and before The Lost Hero. And before Phantom Planet. So keep that in mind.

Danny was captured by the GIW and they experimented on him causing him to gain new powers. What happenes when the mighty leaguers catch wind of a secret government organization who are experimenting on a mysterious project Phantom? In this Clockwork was not able to save Danny's friends and family from the Nasty Burger explosion.
