The Sludge Villain is capture without any interference and Izuku instead finds himself under the tutelage of the #9 Pro Hero. But things are not as they appear as Ryukyu seems to have peculiar interest in him as well as a complex history with his father, and seems to be quite knowledgeable in regards to the boy's awakening draconic abilities for some reason. But that might be the least of Izuku's worries as a dangerous new player appears on the scene, one who is disregarding all the unspoken rules between heroes and villains and is bent on spreading as much terror as possible.
