Izuku is a teenager living in a world filled with heroes, it has been his dream to become a hero but thing is he is quirkless but that all changes when he a normal field trip turns him into something more... In this story izuku doesn't get a quirk but he refuses to give up his dream then his parents died when he is still younger but gets adopted by gun head who knew his father and gun head trains him to get in to UA and izuku decides to be the first quirkless hero Nightwing or Dekuwing

Midoriya Izuku was always tired of his siblings getting all the attention for the soul reason that they had quirks while he didn't. One day, while walking in an alley way, he gets attacked by his classmates, burned and bloodied while being made fun of for not having a quirk. The rage he had built up over the years was immense. Before he died however, a red ring fell from the sky and onto his finger, giving him the powers of the red lantern. As he grew up he witnessed the corruption and bigotry of this time and decided to become a vigilante to try and help this world to prevent a Madara in this time period. Tobirama recreated the Anbu and taught them how to use chakra over quirks and to protect the innocent no matter what
