He runs until he can't feel his legs anymore. All he takes with him is a bottle of water, a few snacks, his cloak, his notebook and his pen. That's when he comes across a small town called Snowdin, where he meets strange new skeletons who join him on the run, one of which, he think he might be falling for...

Going to Dreammtale, he goes to end his life but before he does he pours his life out to the trees remains about his feelings. He believes nothing will come about it, who ever fucking cared anyway? However by doing that, he reawaken the original guardian, his mother. She was never dead, she was dormant. Now she was going to protect her oldest and show him everything she should have done before before her cowardice and that stopped her and left her dormant in the tree.

Formerly: A New And Strange World I got this idea from a comment... Dream (and Nightmare [this wasn't part of the comment, I came up with it myself]) somehow end up in Dreamswap, that's all there is to it.

What would happen if someone from our world interfered? What if one of us were a hacker? What if they hacked into Dreamtale to find a way to get Nightmare back? Would they succeed? How would Nightmare feel? How would the others react? I guess we'll have to wait and see... I don't own Dreamtale, but this is my own little version of the AU so some things might be changed slightly to fit the storyline. I drew the book cover.
