This is the story of what happened long before Bluestar was born in ThunderClan.....this is a different era. Every year, the Dark Forest cats forced two cats from each Clan to be brought into an arena to fight to the death. Twelve tribute cats go in, only one comes out alive. This is the Warrior Games.

"The darkness was never meant to be, and two cats, high and proud will lead and destroy." On the day of his apprentice ceremony, Icepaw had a dream that forever shattered the peace of the forest. Darkness surrounds Icepaw and his Clan as a mysterious new prophecy hints that trouble will soon come. He is determined to protect his Clan at all costs from the danger, but what he didn't know is that the danger lurked closer before than it ever has, and Icepaw has to put in all of his strength to protect the Clan he has come to love very much. But with the darkness rising, he is also facing troubles as well. He didn't know who he could trust anymore, who he could love, or what he should do.
