Matsuo sends Ayanokouji to one of his friends instead of to the school and Matsuo's friend is Chiaki's Father. Ayanokouji works for the family as a butler for Chiaki. They both enroll at ANHS. This is just a take on a what if Ayanokouji goes to the same school as Hikigaya. )

The events in this book take place after 2nd year vol 1 ,in which kiyotaka tries to identify the white room enforcer whilst trying to enjoy an ordinary school life.
