She talks to the plants in her garden, her family and neighbors think she is strange, she knows this and has stopped worrying about it anymore, society is something she wants no part of. She has had visits from her mother and her forceful doctors who want her to seek reverse therapy to cure her of being a lesbian, she refuses it; her mother has taken enough from her. She feels the world is against, her but one day something strange begins to happen and Polly is unaware that the very plants she has treated as her only family could be the ones to save her. COG 2
