Dream's aspiration to truly know himself is met with the return of missed chances, and uncertainty. Placed in the dead center of his humid, overwhelming life, he and George are bound to confront the inevitable. "Has it rained?" George asks suddenly. Dream's thoughts snap away from the drifting green and cloudless sky, returning to earth once more. His lips part in silence. George's voice was soft when he'd uttered the words, and for a reason he cannot place, Dream finds himself glancing to the back of Sapnap's head before responding, "Since...summer?"

Though he desperately refuses the conformities of modern novel tropes, George acknowledges he's just the same as every book character. A side character that is. Studying his way into writing a hit novel George has to master the ups and downs of his college life, overprotective roommate, and the friends with benefits he has going on with his best friend. Only problem is the line of feelings had been blurred years ago, and Dream's future lies between a pretty blondes watermelon flavored lips. Will George be able to skate past the due dates of writing or will he fall victim to the hockey captain once more? *** His brows furrow a bit but he seems to keep his cool when he asks, "can I still kiss you?" what happens when the camera isn't on? through a screen, we don't know very much about the people we've come to know and love as our comfort streamers. but they always set apart so much time and effort just for us. they deserve recognition for their personal struggles and experiences, the things we don't see. what really happens? dnf, but make it 3 different povs: sapnap: someone who's usually overlooked finds themselves in the unfortunate crossfire of a problem that's not his to fix. but he will try. he will help. that's all he ever wanted to do. and maybe here, he's the last hope between a failure and success. george: what he thought was an above average friendship turns out to be everything he's ever wanted. and with feelings spiraling out of control he yearns for the opportunity to finally meet him in real life and see if it's mutual. dream: with the looming return of a lifestyle from the past, to the problems and worries of the present, he's too distracted to realize the future he could have.

He was built, definitely very strong, but didn't look too bulky. His face was as serious as was his voice and posture. If this guy decided to rock his shit, George knew he was screwed. He greatly hesitated before asking, but then decided it's in his best interest to get to know his new cellmate. "W-why, what happened to the last one?" He tried his best to sound casual and absolutely not frightened to death, but his voice came out a little choked up. "Well, let's just say we had our disagreements." Oh. "Wait, they let you change cellmates?" "Why, you trynna run off already?" He felt his heart drop, even after realizing this was probably this guy's idea of a joke. George wasn't sure if he should laugh it off or remain quiet. "'Course they don't. What do you think this is, summer camp?" or DNF Prison!AU where George needs help chasing off what seems to be every horny bastard in the prison and he ends up accidentally roping his new cellmate into helping him.

Clay's fingers are slick with a thick dark liquid and his gun is missing from its holster. "George." He whispers, knife falling to the ground. "Get away from me."
