Scarlet is 16 years old. She isn't the most popular person at where she lives. It's like a foster home but this place had over one hundred foster kids living there. She loves bvb and alot of other bands. The day she meets Andy and Ashley she gets in a fight. Andy is her father. She meets all of her favorite singers and band members.
