Serendipity or fate?

An AU story spun from Erkenci Kus. ----- Sanem is used to living a life of luxury; she's the heiress to her father's estate; uber famous thanks to her socialite status, drop dead gorgeous and has a brilliant mind. Her father, Nihat, is determined to keep her safe as their wealth creates an onslaught of enemies and fanatics, so he hires a bodyguard for Sanem. Sanem is less than thrilled with the news of getting a bodyguard, she can handle herself just fine. The bodyguard is loathing another "pretentious brat" to babysit, until he realizes Sanem is not what he thinks she is and that's when things get interesting.

Can and Sanem are crazy about each other. Sanem's lies catch up to her. Can disappears. Sanem is heartbroken. Will these two be able to trust again? Will their love be enough? Only time will tell.

Can has been admiring her even before he became an actor, and now he was about to make his dreams come true. Their steamy passionate love will keep you on your toes and make your body tremble...

A GIF-inspired, not-quite-enemies to lovers, crime-caper, Erkenci Kus AU. Can Divit and Sanem Aydin work in different spectrums of law enforcement. A family emergency brings them together in Istanbul, handling the same case - and battling both crime, and a mutual attraction.

It's been so, so long since I've even thought about writing fanfiction but I've recently been inspired by the amazing Erkensci Kus, the Turkish romcom. Some of my writing will remain canon, others will depart from the canon episodes and I'll add my own, mostly from Can's perspective. Please bear with me as I get acclimated to writing again and please comment, leave suggestions for how I can improve!
