You never pictured this life for yourself. Never pictured that android cases would start piling up and you'd be assigned to figure out why they were deviating. You were a forensic psychologist hired by the Detroit Police Department as a consultant. You usually dealt with figuring out what made suspects tick and why they did what they did. You figured it'd be the same thing, as usual, that is until a certain android walked into your crime scene and completely turned your life upside down. Also available on A03 and Tumblr!

Not many know the past of Lieutenant Hank Anderson's adopted daughter. Then again, not many know Hank's past, either. Both medicate their sorrows with a drink. Connor knows he has to stay away from her, both for the mission and so Hank doesn't murder him colorfully like he threatens. Unfortunately, he can't seem to stay away from the mysterious girl.

As the story progresses, both you and Connor help each other with your problems about who you guys are. This story takes place during the game. I will be referencing some events that happen, but I will not go in depth with the other playable characters.
