Naruto had managed to keep the promise made to Sakura: the great Uchiha Sasuke has been brought back to the village. Naruto was then accused of being a traitor by Sasuke, when the boy did not like what the blond had said. Naruto was tortured to the brink of death and thrown out of the hidden leaf village with a threat that if he ever dared to enter the fire country, he will be executed. The boy with a broken body and a broken mind had wanted to die but was found. Who found him and what did he do? Why is the blond they know from before the banishment 3 years ago a female now? A new nation will rise to the top and many will try to fight but who will win?

Itanaru Brought together by this strange thing called fate. One having everything from birth -wealth, fame, family - and the other having nothing - no money, no family... nothing but dark secrets. Will they be able to keep their unlikely relationship together or will it all fall apart?

But the transition into high school turns Sasuke into a popular kid, leaving Naruto behind as an outcast. The two slowly become distant but Naruto finds out he's pregnant and goes to tell Sasuke, only to end in heartbreak. He seeks comfort in Sasuke's older brother, Itachi, causing the raven to become jealous. Its a race to Naruto's heart and stepping up to be a father.

So it's not so much Enemies to Lovers, but there is a lot of tension and maybe some angst.
