After Sunny threw his violin down the stairs, Mari becomes furious, Sunny and Mari began arguing before Mari grabs his arm and Sunny pushes Mari away. Mari's bad knee hasn't recovered yet and she couldn't grab the railing in time, she fell down the stairs but before hitting the bottom, Sunny grabbed her arm, moments away before her head would hit the broken violin. Sunny waits for Basil to wake up inside the hospital after all his friends have left, his heart full of unresolved feelings for the boy who held his hand during his darkest moment and promised him that everything is going to be okay. Then he receives a call from his mom. She's taking Basil to live with her at their new home in the city. Sunny isn't sure how to feel about his best friend coming to live with him, but maybe it's better than being alone again.

When Mari falls down the stairs, Sunny tumbles with her. With Mari in a coma and Sunny with a broken arm and a guilty conscience, it's up to their friends to figure out what happened.

Suddenly all eyes in the room were at SUNNY. They looked glad that he was alright and could actually move on his two feet. Their smiles with their tired eyes looked genuine. But the sinking feeling of guilt only grew and the realization hit him once more as he fell to the ground, on his knees, and he started cupping his mouth as he wept. AUBREY, HERO and KEL all rushed to his side. Concern in their voices as they asked why was he crying. As he wiped his tears and trying to calm down, he spoke up for the first time in 4 years.
