Kaneki has just woken up in the hospital with Rize's organs inside of him. Now he's a half ghoul with the craving for human flesh. He's unsure whether or not he should tell his best fiend, Hide what happened. Kaneki wants to, but he's afraid. Does Kaneki do it? And if he does, will Hide accept him or shun him for being a ghoul like so many others have shunned the ghouls?
