Gisele Shepherd hadn't seen her big brother for a few years, so she decided it was time for a visit. During the visit, she has to make a choice. Stay and work with her brother and stay in Seattle, where she would have to start over and make a new life. Or head back to LA, stay with her sister and pick up where she left off.

Annabelle Savoit is one of the youngest and brightest interns there was when it came to the surgical field. When she finished elementary school at the age of 10, she and her family moved from Canada to Seattle in the U.S. to get away from their previous lives. But moving to a different country didn't change the way that she thought about her school work or grades because she had then graduated high school at the age of fifteen, then moved to Baltimore Maryland to go to John Hopkins University at seventeen and finally John Hopkins Medical School at the age of twenty-one. Once she had finished med school she decided that it was time to move back to Seattle even though there was nothing but an internship waiting for her when she got back.

A new resident appears at Seattle grace and her name is Aurora Quinn. throughout her time at Seattle grace she makes new friends and falls in love with the handsome plastics attending and begins to open up about her childhood. Charlotte "Charlie" Shepherd is Derek Shepherd's youngest and favourite sister. After deciding to join him in moving to Seattle, in order to leave her past life behind, she starts her internship at Seattle Grace Hospital, where it eventually catches up with her. This story is mostly going to be about Charlie and Mark, but characters like Derek, Addison, the other interns and many more are going to play an important part in it. As Mark's first appearance is at the end of season 2, it will take a few chapters until he arrives for the first time, but I will try to summarise the first two seasons as short as possible. Also, I imagined Charlotte to look like Adelaide Kane, before she joined the show as Jules Millin, so let's just ignore that.
