The later it manifests the more powerful it is. Or when they manifest the power at a very early age such as 10-13 or a very late age such as 18-20. Both to be proven very powerful. Even rarer some don't manifest powers. 97% of the entire human population has powers and leads a normal life. Hybrids or people with one or more powers were executed and were claimed that they were flaws in society. Today is the 56th anniversary of the last hybrids to be executed. But the hybrids were still alive.

Ranboo is part Enderman, we know this. What if someday, these enderman powers grow stronger and he is unable to control them and accidently hurt Tubbo, Tommy, Wilbur and Philza. Ranboo gets scared of himself and isolates himself completly. Tubbo doesn't give up on Ranboo though and wants to help him get over it. Tommy doesn't agree with Tubbo, but Philza and Wilbur convince Tommy that Tubbo knows what he is doing. What will happen, when Tubbo tries to find and Calm Ranboo? Will Ranboo continue to live with the guilt he lost control and when will it happen again? TW: THIS CONTAINS SHIPPING OF THE FICTIONAL CHARACTERS!!!
