Pontypandy's emergency services are heading to Ninjago city to train their Ninjago city counterparts for major emergencies, mainly to warm up relations between the services. But when the inhabitants of an unchartered island sends lightning strikes upon Ninjago city (which caused a lot of fires), the emergency services of Pontypandy will have to team up with their Ninjago city counterparts to fight the fires to prevent them from spreading, and evacuate civilians. It's Fireman Sam's turn to be Incident Commander. Can he save the city and its population in time, or will he face the shame of failure? (The events of this story happened between Seasons 14 and 15.)
