The final battle is over and things are starting to get back to normal. With Glimmer and Bow's big day coming up, Adora contemplates on inviting an old friend... 2 years ago at the age of 14 Catra and Adora started developing feelings for each other. Dangerous and intense feelings that soon blossomed into something beautiful and confusing. Once Catra started to grow distant from Adora they tip-toed around each other and eventually just decided to stay best friends. Trauma strikes Catra's family soon after causing a divide in the girls relationship. Catra moves away and trys to forget the past that is until two years later she see a familiar face one that she has tried to forget for years. (NONE OF THE ORIGINAL CHARACTERS FROM THE SHOW ARE MINE. [Post season 5] Adora and Catra have to learn to deal with the aftermath of the war while exploring their feelings. ___________________________________________ "Are we, you know... together?" the question left Catra's cheeks feeling hot, even though she tried to sound unbothered. She wasn't particularly good at these things or expressing emotions in general. Adora took a second to admire Catra's face. She looked so cute when she was embarrassed. "Did you just ask me to be your girlfriend?" taunted Adora with a smirk on her face. "Pfft, No! Get over yourself!" Predictably, Adora's dorky laugh followed right after. Catra would endure all the embarrassment in the world if that meant she got to hear that sound for the rest of her life.

Catra and Adora are childhood best friends, they grew up in the orphanage together. They did everything together; eat, sleep, sing, they were joint at the hip. They always said they would go to college together get their degrees and get out of the hell hole that was Horde Academy. So what happens when Adora is offered a scholarship to a prestigious school that she can't turn down. I do not own the characters in this story except for ones that I make up, credits goes to Noelle Stevenson and the creators of She-ra and the Princesses of Power.
