One day, Aizawa was told that he had a week to talk about mental health. On the first day, he talks about Depression and anxiety. Izuku, has both of those and so with the activities, he talks about himself but, no-one knows. He asks if he can leave the class but, doing this he drops a note on the podium. What did the note say?
