To truly conquer a kingdom, one must learn the history of the land, a history that holds secrets ever so deadly. Eliza left her kingdom in peace and now, someone must restore that peace or destroy The Sands while trying. Tamari had a vision and the mere thought of it disturbed her until she heard rumors of a god-slaying kingdom in peril. A kingdom in tears for a better reign and a princess with a mission are drawn together, not by choice but by a power higher than them both. Can this princess be what the kingdom needs or would a curse devour them both? King Asani must be stooped but what happens when the land is the one that births its' problems? A land that creates its' demons and a runaway who must return home. Can help be rendered? Would faith pull the revolution through or is their hope for a better land merely a mirage? In The Sands, things are a lot harder than they seem and people are never who they truly appear to be. "𝑼𝒏𝒈𝒖𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒊?" 𝔽𝕣𝕠𝕞 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕊𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕤 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝔽𝕠𝕣 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕊𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕤

"𝓒𝓪𝓷 𝔀𝓮 𝓯𝓲𝔁 𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓼𝓮𝓵𝓿𝓮𝓼 𝓫𝓮𝓯𝓸𝓻𝓮 𝔀𝓮 𝓼𝓮𝓵𝓯 𝓭𝓮𝓼𝓽𝓻𝓾𝓬𝓽?" Multipotentialite, yet overly insecure, bashful, and socially naïve; Reagan Dike is a music and graffiti-art loving 18 year old living fairly in Kumase - a relatively small and peaceful community controlled subtly by a behind-the-curtain, autocratic hand. However, life sails in a different direction when changes emerge and Reagan bears witness to something horrific that throws the lives of him and his mother upon rocky grounds. A few years later. The city of Lagos. Reagan is a different person - a young man destroyed by psychological trauma and heartbreak, and lost in a world where he least believed he'd dwell. What happens when he runs into an enemy from his not-so-forgotten past, and she's the last person in the entire world he'd ever want to have something to do with? He decides to play with fire when he accepts the invitation for a talk in The Harvest, and since they'd ruined his life this much, he decides it was about time he paid back in kind. An eye for and eye - a dangerous dance in the court of love, hate, and deceit, risking a change of heart that will lead to his life being in imminent danger. What happens when his trust is broken by all the people he's placed his bet on? With her being the only person left in his life - his last hope to escape death; is he willing to let his guard down and risk it another rendition of the toxic nostalgia that has been glued to his mind for the past 4 years?

Giwa Falade is the ruthless Queen Bee of Castron High. Known for her sassy, bold, no-nonsense attitude and awfully feared, absolutely dreaded by the entire student population, for this very reason. Giwa loves what she does, instilling fear in people, and she obsesses over this fear, feeds on it like it is her food and water. Coupled with a bad past and an overwhelming struggle going on within herself, Giwa's decision to protect herself creates her messed up obsession and craving for fear. However, all may not always be exactly what it seems on the outside. When 'hard girl' Giwa falls in love, it seems surreal. She starts to connect with people she wouldn't see eye to eye with, and a forming bond between her and the school hunk unravels the mystery behind her twisted mindset. However, this also brings in a truck load of unwanted drama, hidden secrets, deep betrayal, and worse, more flawed teenagers who keep making even worse decisions, and intertwining into her story, causing the so awaited final year of High School to turn from bliss to a never ending nightmare. Even worst, Giwa Falade, Miss Queen Bee, pulls herself right into it. All in all, these teenagers are in for an experience of a lifetime. And what happens when everything becomes a drastic, dead end for Giwa, filled with tears, regrets, broken friendships, relationships, losses, and the painful, unattainable wish to take back the hands of time? What happens to the lives of the other flawed teenagers, like Giwa, who unfortunately get mixed up in her mess and pay for the consequences of their own actions?
