It's Juleaften and Silje walks home from a late Christmas shopping spree. On her way back to her apartment, she makes an unexpected encounter.

After working as traveling paramedics in the U.S. for the last two years, Evan and Cleo were ready to take on their newest dream of traveling outside of the country for their work, and after three months of rigorous interviewing over the phone and on video call, they finally got the word that they had received the positions. They were told their next assignment would be to spend the next 15 months in Ireland and would be debriefed further after landing in Dublin. The week they were given to get ready, packing and saying goodbye to their friends and families, their minds raced as to what their lives would be like for the next year. Cleo's main focus, as always, was all the new strange she would be meeting, her own code for getting some tail. Evan however had much higher hopes. They weren't told yet what company they would be working for or exactly what town they would be working in. She thought it all to be strange but then again, they had never been hired internationally before so how was she to know what really to expect? But she couldn't help thinking of one of her favorite tv shows she knew was shot in Ireland. Why else keep everything so secretive? And what else could all of the extra paperwork mean that they had been sent to sign on not disclosing what they may see during their time on duty? This is my first ever fanfic, although I've been reading for years. I love to write and thought this would be a good outlet for some of my thoughts. This includes many of my own imagines so I hope you all enjoy!
