After her mom leaves (Y/N) for her boyfriend, she gets to live with her Aunt Medda in Manhattan. However, with a bridge so fasinating to cross she might not spend her time in 'Hatten for long. Quick Disclaimer: This follows the 1992 Movie plot. However, I do take creative liberty in some aspects of the story. For instance, Spot doesn't have an easily googleable backstory that isn't based on theory so I made one up. Also I decided to fast forward modern medicine and education just a little bit. This also takes place about a month before the strike so we can have time for development.

In a town where the high school football team rules the school, Amelia is just another face in the crowd. Sure, her dad is the football coach but Amelia's idea of "Friday night lights" revolves around studying until lights are out. Trying to impress her father who only knows football and her mother's high expectations, Amelia puts her head down and tries her best to satisfy them. After accidentally ending up at a party one night (without her mother's permission of course), Amelia finds herself thrown into the world of the infuriatingly gorgeous yet arrogant Zack Darrington. Zack was never part of a crowd. He's king of the city: the best running back in the state- if not the entire country. Flirtatious, cocky, and a skilled player in all senses, Amelia is not the type of girl he typically surrounds himself with. Everyone knows Zack Darrington. No one knows Amelia Hayes. Football is his world while she wishes it wasn't a part of hers. At first glance, these two couldn't be more different but deep down, they may be more similar than they think. Highest Rankings: #1 in Fiction #10 in Teen Fiction #3 in Sports #10 in Drama Book 1 in THE COACH'S DAUGHTER trilogy Can be read as a standalone Book 2 OUT NOW

🎶Guaranteed to blow your mind. Anytime. Recommended at the price. Insatiable in appetite. Wanna try?🎶 Y/N L/N is your average sixteen year old girl. In 1991, her acting dreams come true when she gets cast in Disney's newest live-action musical, Newsies, but there's a problem. She's the only girl on set, and her costars are huge flirts. (I'm not the greatest at descriptions so read on to find out what happens.)

Newsies, Spot Conlon may think he is dangerous and the king of Brooklyn. But there is one woman challenges him to show his true side even if there is violence on the way! This is my first story so bare with me I'm new to this. I don't own any rights to the newsie characters apart from Sophie and any other character I come up with haha.

Being Spot Conlon was harder than everyone thought. Everyone thought he was cold and distant and very scary. Many people thought he didn’t possess a heart, which was not true. He did have a heart, he just hid it well. He needed to be aloof, that was the only way you could survive in Brooklyn. Being a street rat made you hard. Winifred Brewster was the daughter of a famous doctor. She was Jack Kelly’s cousin and liked the life Jack lived. She believed her life was unexciting and wanted some adventure. She thought being rich made her boring. They both had secrets, deep secrets, but who could they tell? This is the first novel in the 'Taking a stand' series.
