Hi all! I know a lot of you love this book, and I have been horribly depriving you of updates for like four years now. I'm so sorry, life has just been crazy, and I've just gotten older, haha. That said, with age and college, I have developed my writing skills and decided that revisiting this book to fix it would be fun. I re-read it not too long ago, and while I absolutely love it, I see a lot of room for improvement, and here I am now to do that. I didn't want to publish an entirely new book and cause confusion, so I'm adding the edited versions of the chapters to the original. Some of the plot will change as well (just for realism purposes) and if you want, you always have the option to go back and read the OG, but from now on, all new updates to the book will be fresh, new, revised, and edited chapters of existing chapters, then after that, I'll add on with new stuff. It worries you at first because your last relationship with an older man landed him in jail due to careless acts but with everything you've been through fuck it! You spend your entire summer break getting to know this man and he finally grows on you enough to make it official. Like all things though good things come to an end...meaning summer is over, and so is your freedom. With your new busy schedule you think about how you won't be able to see your boyfriend anymore...but he'll be closer then you think...and so will someone else.

This short story takes place in Michael's Bad Era, right after Michael had finished The Way You Make Me Feel music video with Tatiana. You are Michael's close friend in this story, you know him personally.. a bit too close I should say. This is also in the POV of you for the entirety of the story, I might switch it up a couple of times but only when it's necessary. ⚠️ WARNING!
