Izuku Midoriya is pronounced dead by the government. Supposingly burnt alive by the villain Dragon, but what actually happened to him? Toyed with, played with, living but broken and emotionless, and almost had a quirk forced onto him. The Current Izuku is just an empty husk that the Real Izuku gave up on. The Real Izuku is locked in his own husk, trapped and unable to get out. Katsuki Bakugou is devastated. He had always lost his temper over the smallest things ever since Izuku had left the world, and had left him. But he didn't believe it. He was going to find Izuku again, and this time, truly save him. Katsuki hated how everyone, even their other childhood friends, accepted his death so easily and how they didn't care at all. He hated how everyone said that he deserved to die and how nobody disagreed. Most of all, he absolutely hated how the last time both kids talked was when they had a fight. Katsuki blamed himself for Izuku's disappearance. It wasn't fair. No, it wasn't fair, both to Izuku and Katsuki. None of them wanted this. But who said they were given a choice? The rain was pouring down the empty night street for miles all around. The streets were dimly lit by street lights making it extremely hard to see at this hour at night. Rain drumming on the asphalt roads as a creature smaller than a kitten sprinted down the sidewalk looking for shelter from the rain. It had much bigger ears than a kitten covered in fluff, a big fluffy tail, both out of proportion with the rest of its body. The creature skidded on the wet sidewalk nearly missing the turn into an alleyway. It went straight to the back of the alley and hid behind a dumpster.
