This is a fan fiction ending to HIStory 3: Make Our Days Count. I claim no rights to the characters in the HIStory series. Like so many fans, I could not let my favorite HIStory couple have an unhappy ending. This story takes us 2 years past the end of episode 10. It has been 6 years since the apparent death of Yu Xi Gu that rocked Xiang Hao Ting to the core. The loss of his soulmate and the constant prodding of his father to meet a nice girl and bring her home made his decision to complete his graduate school studies in the United States an easy decision. In the two years since, life has continued and the pain of losing Yu Shi Gu has become more like a dull ache compared to the pain of a sharp knife as it was before. And while the occasional pestering of his father about finding someone is annoying at times, Hao Ting, understands his dad just wants his son to be happy.
