Desperate to have someone believe in him, Izuku decides that to realize his dreams, he'll need to make himself into a hero with the help of this odd girl. Together, these people once rejected for not fitting the mold will find themselves becoming the foundations of hero society.

My first story Izuku Midoriya could have been born quirkless, but not here. Here he was born with a basic quirk, to be able to Rip and Tear anything he liked. He wanted to be a hero so he will Rip and Tear to achive his dream.
