Archaeologist Flora Skyes gets more of an adventure than she bargained for while conducting her PhD research in France. Shar rescues the woman and is immediately enchanted by her, vowing to care for Flora and earn the honor of her calling him mate. But they do not speak the same language, and they're not even of the same species. Let alone from the same time... Can love truly blossom between Flora and Shar?
