For the past two years since the Giant War was over, Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon has been a god and not just any god, but the 15th Olympian. He has many domains, but the one that stands out the most is that of Heroes; he is a guide, patron, liaison, etc. However when Loki attacks New York, teaming up with the Avengers forces him to see that not all heroes are truly perfect. And when something horrible happens, the nail hits the coffin.

Percy Jackson, after the traumatic experience of war, and overcoming the deaths of his closest friends, decides to be productive. His mother provides him with a job application, which peaks his interest. Tony Stark, famed inventor and hero of New York, was hiring. Percy thought he was just applying for a job as an intern, but when he is once again needed to save the city he loves, he couldn't refuse. After his feud with Captain America and his allies, coupled with his girlfriend's absence due to her new job helping the company, Tony Stark has been lonely. Not to mention he needed a new assistant. He hoped he could knock out two birds with one stone. He was normally a stoic person, but maybe a certain demigod could get him to open up a bit. this story takes place in the aftermath of Civil War and after an alternate version of the ending of Blood of Olympus. The Wizarding War has ended and Percy is ready to start at Hogwarts as Deputy Headmaster. But the aftermath of the war is not quite what he hoped it would be. The Wizarding World is wary of Percy and unsure of how to handle the Greek Pantheon. And there is still lingering trauma and resentment of those who chose the wrong side... While Percy navigates his new job, his relationship with Hermione, and his mysteriously failing health, he cannot help but be reminded of his first five years at Hogwarts. Because Percy's learning that to move forward in the future, he needs to come to terms with his past. Before it kills him. (Essentially, this is both a prequel and finale to the Nexus series)
