She is known for coming from a highly-privileged background: wealthy and pampered-but red lipstick and lace dresses can only misconstrue people for so much longer. She has a strange capability of being put on a pedestal whilst also flying under the radar, and when Gail begins to notice Liz's lack of reciprocation to the lineup of teenage boys behind her back-she begins to theorize some naughty ideas. Will Hanson: A best friend Gail has kept by her since only five years of age; they are a 2-in-1 package of a vulnerable, helpless, scrawny boy and a defender with a sword and shield. With a substantial track record of being mercilessly teased by the boys in their school, Gail is his guardian angel, sworn to protect him. But, besides being a consistent target, he has a heart of gold filled with compassion and empathy. Although they often butt heads, he sticks by her side with balance and understanding.
