A rather hostile Oni was feeding off of the innocents of Hanamura. For years this Oni was known, only coming out to feed once a year. But now, he had started to take a life each week. Sanzang himself decided to travel to Hanamura, and maybe even settle there. Finding a home on the outskirts of Hanamura he started doing research on the Oni. He soon found out that he didn't need to do the looking. The Oni did that part for him. note**: I do not ship genyatta!! I ship their skins, Oni and Sanzang. In this au Genji and Oni, or demon, who feeds on human flesh.. Zenyatta is Sanzang, a monk who travels to search for people that are lost.

Genji and Zenyatta travels back to Hanamura. There, Genji learns several important things from a little girl and her odd, odd family. (Also available in Archive of Our Own)

When a cyborg ninja joins the team Zenyatta starts getting a bug. At first minor glitches, but as the ninja get's closer he can't stop thinking about his student. Will he confess his feelings for his student or will it be to late?

Literally the title

Genji has worked for Blackwatch ever since he was murdered by his own brother, being one of their highest ranking officers. However, after Genji makes a drastic mistake in an important mission, Commander Reyes decides it's best to demote him - all the way back to Novice. While struggling to deal with his anger, feeling betrayed and useless, Genji gets assigned a new mission to show he can, in fact, follow Reyes' orders: he is to welcome a Rookie to Blackwatch and watch over him for his first days. Regardless of Genji's rudeness, the Rookie is determined to be kind to the cyborg. He even seems to worry for Genji's wellbeing; it is something Genji isn't used to, and his feelings about it contradict everything he thought he knew about himself. He doesn't know when it happens, but the programmed omnic Rookie suddenly turns into the one person Genji can't live without.

Genji is injured and zenyatta heals him, and begins to feel for him. Zenyatta tries to keep it hidden, How long will he be able to hide it? Follow Zenyatta and Genji on their journey around the world to help those in need.
