(This Book has Been Discontinued) Have you ever wished you could be someone else?' If you have I want to punch you in the face right at the moment... But I am getting ahead of myself here. This story is about a girl who moves to a different school... This starting to sound cliche isn't it?' But Hey! On the other hand this girl has been oblivious to magic all of her life until suddenly. *Wapang!* Reality hits her. Hard. But this girl has a good reason for not knowing about all that, in fact this girl has a good reason for a lot of things, and that girl, out of everyone in this world just so happens to be me. And when I do find out about magic that's when the story really begins, when this entire enchanted adventure begins.' The question I keep wondering is this: Is it the road to an adventure or the path to a complete nightmare. Which ever is which, that's something your going to have to find out on your own...

AN EERIE TWIN-TOWERED CASTLE of white stone on an ice-bound island on a frozen winter lake, a nearby English manor house haunted by a flute playing ghost who roams the halls at night accompanied by a wolf, and a mysterious kidnapped girl from the past all come together in one of the most thrilling Dana Girls cases ever! THE DANA GIRLS were a sister-series to NANCY DREW and THE HARDY BOYS from the same publishers and writers from the 1930s to the 1970s. This is a FANFICTION MYSTERY, written in the same style as the original Danas from the 1930s, and set in that era. There were 30 Dana Girls mystery stories written and published by the creators of the original Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys books in the 1930s - 1970s. This book is representative of the early volumes in the series. The Dana Girls have also appeared in some of the recent Nancy Drew graphic novels.

He ran into her at street theater. She was a force of nature, not a casual first time hire. She brought the house down with her performance, literally pulled the audience to their feet in standing ovation. Her performance was too real, unnerving, deeply unsettling to him. He spent all his energy keeping up with her. At the end of the play, she snatched her earnings from the director's hands and ran away, leaving a trail of questions behind her, the most burning one in his mind was: Would he ever see her again? ____________________ This ongoing novel imagines a world that our younger generations inherit after a series of successive presidencies in the same vein as the current model. There is no need for erecting walls, as the biggest divide created by humanity - that of social class - takes care of a post modern segregation. The poor are literally marginalized into slum-like townships and tend to be of color. The names of these townships would be enough to tell you their story. The rich, well, remain happily oblivious in the big American cities. In this world find a mysterious girl whose identity must be hidden or she would be hunted down and a young street actor who falls for her intrigue. Discover how they survive, born into a society not prepared to give them a chance. For them, the dystopia came without an apocalypse.
