Decided to base a book around self harm and self hate. Inside there will be everything like poems, songs, messages, anything i decide to put into it. I wanted to do this book because so many people are going through hard times, have been through hard times or know someone who has/is going through a hard time so im hoping it will help even just a little bit. I have been through alot of things in life and writing about things help me so if anyone wants some advice, someone to vent to or just someone to have a chat to.
