The city of L'manburg is one filled with dangerous criminals, and to help protect the citizens are a team of four superheroes. But three of the biggest criminals, an arsonist, a gem thief, and a sociopathic murderer, are tired of always having to watch over their shoulders for this group of crime fighters and so they come up with a plan to stop the heroes once and for all.
