Autumn has always been that one girl who was, in a way, 'too cool for school'. She had that streak in her hair that seemed to change color every week, those ripped jeans, and that attitude that made her personality different from everyone else's. Autumn was quite smart, but she didn't let her personality reflect it. She had been accepted into college already, and didn't bother to show up at school anymore. Autumn was the girl who your parents didn't want you to be friends with. The kind of girl who people liked, but feared a little. She didn't care about anyone's opinions about her. She notices a guy around town, and she sees him way too often. There was something different about this boy, and she couldn't tell if it was good or bad, the way he would look at her with hope in his eyes and then look away with pink cheeks when she saw him. It was a bit weird when he would follow her, but it made her think. Of course people liked her, and thought she was cool and that, but was this 'like' feeling actually something more?
