The first time Steve visits Peggy, she finally tells him about Tessa and the truth of her being stolen away. Steve sets out on a mission to find Tessa, but instead is met with the issues from Infinity War with his long time best friend, Bucky Tessa Carter was offered to take over as leader of the death squad for Hydra and she accepted. She was kept separate from the other soldiers, hidden away. She awakes when her cryo cell was disturbed from the fight between Bucky and Tony and wanders out, right into the fight between Steve and Tony, not knowing the man in the spandex suit is her father.
