April 14th, 2 million people developed powers. A curse, as many call it, although not all. A society called Fiare began to eliminate all who had obtained such powers, killing, capturing, testing, all they laid hands on insisting they were a danger and threat to humanity. So, the apocalyptics, the ones who obtained powers, made bases in hidden locations out of sight, surviving as well as possible. However, even though many obtained powers, no one gained any after that fateful day, until now.

Dakota's had the most tragic thing ever happen to him ever, the man he loves the most die's. Not knowing what to do with himself he goes into his little world, not really talking to anybody but his best friend, Faith. Now months later, Faith decides that its time for Dakota to move on and introduces him to Nick. Dakota doesn't want to move on, but he ends up starting to really like this guy named, Nick. After many dates he decides that it would be okay for him to move on, but his world starts to crumble down when he's staring at the very human being who used to be the reason he breathed....not dead but alive.

So this is basically my coming out story. Everyone and ANYONE'S support would mean the world to me so please give my diary a chance! Since I was in middle school I have struggled with my sexuality. I used to try to fight the way I felt and I would tell myself that I'm straight but now I realize that the only way I can be happy is by accepting who I am. My goal with this story is to tell my story of what goes on in my life, from the good and the bad, and help people learn from it. I hope that my story will inspire others who are struggling with their sexuality and hopefully this will help you love yourself the way you are and stand up for what you believe in. EVERY STORY IN HERE IS 100% REAL AND FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCES!! So please help get this story out there! It would mean a lot!:) <3
