In the end, her only option is to choose one or the other, and she isn't about to let this man who took her husband get away with it to.

Although she may have reeked of cynicism and anger, one man in the Demon Slayer Corps was able to change that. This is the story about how the Water PIllar was able to make the Insect Pillar fall head over heels for him. This is an alternate universe where Kanae Kocho is never killed by Upper Moon 2, Doma, but instead by a different weaker demon which means Shinobu no longer had to sacrifice herself for revenge.
