Izuku Midoriya works for a rich and famous person, Shouto Todoroki. Midoriya used to work in a cubicle until today he got promoted into a assistant for Shouto. And as assistant that means to be around him at all times to help him in the workplace. But maybe Shouto picked Midoriya for a different reason.
