After a while of this bullying, he went to the rooftop and cried, staring at the stars. He loved the stars, and he continued to do this until he went to UA. No one knows he still cries, and is still bullied over his quirk- so he still goes to the roof to view the bright and shiny stars, wishing to be among them.

Denki is numb on the outside he's bubbly and electric but when he's alone the mask drops. Sometimes he sits on the roof of UA and just thinks in the quiet. On one of these days, he starts to talk to himself not expecting anyone to hear him but someone does. Denki starts to find notes on the roof addressed to him telling him how special he is, who writes these notes he doesn't know, what he does know is that he's falling in love.

Kaminari knew he wasn't as smart as Yaomomo or Iida. Nor was he as strong as Bakugo and Todoroki. He wasn't brave like Kirishima, kind like Koda and Uraraka, or analytical like Midoriya. He wasn't the only one to think that too. The judging looks he got from students, whispering words behind his back, said it all. 'Look, it's the dumb kid from Class 1-A.'
