I remember that there was three of them for the longest time until high School then all of a sudden there was just two him and impulse. He has pictures of the three of them. He couldn't remember the third's name though he asked impulse every now and then but impulse didn't full answer or answer at all at first he did repeating the name but after a while he gave up. After the third had been taken Zed noticed a shift in their friend impulse got incredibly quiet and more reserved. They never truly figured out what happened to their third nor did said Zed remember. That is until one day where he ends up becoming an apprentice to one of the massive science buildings in his town. Here he meets a whole bunch of different types of hybrids he didn't think even existed and he remembers Tango.
